Great video updates. Seeing the progress on the construction is inspiring. And I’m so glad to hear that it will all be LEED certified. Congratulations on a great economic development project.
I think the renovation is wonderful. Ive walked past the theater many times and wished it was open. The only problem I have with it is that major films will not be shown. When I first heard of the renovation I thought how great for the kids of the neighborhood to have a theater to go to for Saturday matinees that they could walk to. The way it sounds, the theater is not going to be a welcomed place for children and young adults. I think thats a shame. Acutally it sounds more geared for yuppies and the middle class not for the people who live in this area.
