I thought you’d want to know that I, too, just hit your site looking for a list of restaurants.
My wife (a serious fan of film) and I have been eagerly awaiting the opening of the theater and completion of the streetscaping. Last night we had the opportunity to take in a movie at the Capitol and dinner at Luxe and had a wonderful evening.

This looks like a great neighborhood to visit, and I look forward to checking it out next time I am in town. One question/comment though, why no RTA options on the website? There are plenty of parking options but no PT options.
Is the W 65th Rapid Station a good option? Is it fairly close by and a fairly safe walk? Thanks!
I just relocated back home to Cleveland after living Chicago for several years. When I was driving down Detroit Rd. a few days ago and stumbled upon this area, I was amazed. It looked very much like the vital Chicago neighborhood I had previously been living in. It made me very happy to see this!
Please list the restaurants with their specialties. I would really enjoy trying new restaurants and seeing foreign films on the west side!
